Since all our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged in transit, or Completely wrong product was delivered.

To request a return : 
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, share unboxing video and images of the product & packaging. Our team will review and get back within 24–48 hours.

Custom & Personalized Items:
All customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged.
